I used to struggle with chronic back pain, and through working with Raquel to maintain regular movement, stretching, and core strengthening, that pain is now gone. She always emphasizes listening to your own body and modifying movements when needed, which makes her classes accessible and safe for everyone. Raquel has truly improved my overall wellbeing!
