If you are new to Pilates, you are going to like these classes. Download these six (6) teaser Pilates classes and you're all set. This is a good intro to Pilates if you are new to this method. Each class will build into a progression and by the end of the series, you will have a good grasp of basic Pilates principles.

Each class is 45-minutes long in duration. Do one class a week, or one class a day. Got your favourite? You can always come back to it anytime!
